• Ownership of developing Lupa's client pipeline and ultimately revenue growth for Lupa. The measure of success in this role for Lupa's sales growth.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Ability to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, etc.). This role will own the full digital marketing budget and channel allocation responsibility.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using analytics (Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, CRM data) to make informed strategic choices
• Rapid iteration and experimentation to drive faster sales growth (e.g. designing and running growth experiments, A/B testing, test-and-learn loops)
• Working cross-functionally and collaboratively across the whole Lupa team (i.e., with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive growth across the full funnel)
• Brand Strategy: Understands brand positioning and ensures all digital efforts align with brand identity
• Customer Journey Mapping: Knows how to guide potential customers from awareness to conversion
• SEO & SEM: Deep understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
• Social Media Marketing: Knowledge of paid and organic strategies on multiple platforms
• Content Marketing: Ability to oversee content creation that drives engagement and conversions
• Email & Automation Marketing: Knowledge of campaigns, segmentation, and marketing automation tools
• Analytics & Reporting: Comfortable interpreting KPIs, ROI, and using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tableau
• Paid Advertising: Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) and optimizing for ROI
