- +5 yrs experience with all key digital platforms + SEO experience
- Not looking for a 9am-7pm environment. We are building Lupa at an incredible pace and expect our team to go above and beyond every day.
- Excited about building AEO/GEO muscle
- Comfortable interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable plans
- Can pivot strategy when campaigns underperform or markets change
- Able to articulate ideas clearly to executives, teams, and stakeholders

What the job involves
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Ability to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, etc.)
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using analytics (Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, CRM data) to make informed strategic choices
- Brand Strategy: Understands brand positioning and ensures all digital efforts align with brand identity
- Customer Journey Mapping: Knows how to guide potential customers from awareness to conversion
- SEO & SEM: Deep understanding of search engine optimisation and search engine marketing
- Social Media Marketing: Knowledge of paid and organic strategies on multiple platforms
- Content Marketing: Ability to oversee content creation that drives engagement and conversions
- Email & Automation Marketing: Knowledge of campaigns, segmentation, and marketing automation tools
- Analytics & Reporting: Comfortable interpreting KPIs, ROI, and using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Tableau
- Paid Advertising: Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) and optimizing for ROI
