Who you are
- 5-8 years of technology sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Experience in complex solution sales and consistently closing high 6-7 figure deals
- Relentless work ethic and dedication towards customers

Desirable
- Formal SaaS sales training in an extremely competitive sales environment
- Experience at a top-notch professional firm (investment banking, management consulting, etc)
- Previous experience selling AI or Customer Support/Experience software
- Experience selling to enterprise-level developers and product teams
- Experience in vertical industries (communities, live-streaming, on-demand, ecommerce, gaming, etc.)
What the job involves
- We are building a high performing sales team at Sendbird and are currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who can consult with our customers and challenge them to incorporate messaging as part of their user experience
- You will develop your own leads, transform the imagination of customers and developers, and close mid-market and enterprise-level deals
