Account Manager, Tandem

• Have effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties

• Can present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types

Desirable

• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 36.25 hours per week
• The main purpose of the role is to create and maintain relationships with introducing used car dealers and brokers. To attend face to face appointments and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance terms to brokers. To ensure individual targets are met and adhere to company policies
• As an Account Manager at Tandem your focus will be on:
• Creating new motor finance broker relationships within your geographical area
• Managing existing broker accounts to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets
• Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to brokers
• Offering excellent customer service
• Being an active team player
• Achieving business targets and personal objectives
• Attending 121’s and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff)
