Who you are
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Operations Manager to enhance our employee experience, streamline processes, and drive organizational effectiveness
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is eager to optimize processes while driving employee engagement
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related function, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and systems, with experience driving operational improvements
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and manage complex projects effectively
- Experience with program management, leading and supporting company-wide people programs that enhance the employee experience, ensuring they are well-structured, effectively communicated, and successfully implemented
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to balance direct feedback with empathy and relationship-building
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems (global HRIS, payroll, compliance tracking); ADP experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative team
- Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural nuances in people operations is a plus
- Experience implementing new HR tools and systems, specifically an HRIS, is a plus

- As a key member of our collaborative, employee-focused team, you’ll build strong relationships, provide strategic insights, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- You will lead and support initiatives in areas such as onboarding, benefits, employee experience, systems and automation, facilities, and program management, ensuring our people programs are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- By partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help drive operational efficiencies and support Juniper Square’s continued growth
- Provide expert, employee-focused service with clear communication and empathy
- Lead and support People Operations initiatives, ensuring high standards and smooth execution in areas such as benefits administration, internship and emerging talent programs, learning and development initiatives, employee recognition programs, facilities operations, and virtual engagement initiatives
- Drive a supportive, inclusive environment through strategic initiatives
- Oversee employee experience processes, ensuring operational excellence
- Lead employee engagement activities, resolving issues and fostering a dynamic workplace culture
- Lead initiatives to streamline people processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
- Drive innovation in process improvement, implementing advanced solutions for scalability
- Use data analysis to guide strategic decisions and improve people processes
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness, aligning processes with regulatory standards and company goals
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in several key areas, applying expertise to drive impactful initiatives
- Provide specialized guidance independently, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and best practices
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance organizational capability and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Founded in 2014, Juniper Square were immediately in direct competition with analytical monolith Microsoft Excel, as well as popular equity management apps like Fundwave. However, the platform has exceeded expectations, in part because of its fluid and longer-term focused software solutions that have innovated what was previously archaic and error-ridden under Excel.
Serving almost 2000 GPs, Juniper Square supports tens of thousands of investment partnerships, covering hundreds of billions in LP capital. The company has raised substantial funding that will be used to fuel rapid growth, accelerate innovation, and expand its services.
