Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who gets stuff done - and can quickly get to grips with internal systems and ways of working in order to deliver results
- 7+ years of product marketing experience (ideally with experience of both retention marketing and CRO)
- Prior work experience with high-growth, premium, and/or subscription/recurring revenue businesses preferred
- ‘Start up mentality’ - happy to work as part of a small, agile team and take a proactive, problem-solving approach to their work
- Prior work experience in the UK market
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a consistent “can-do” attitude
- Asana / Slack / Google Suite / Klaviyo Proficiency
What the job involves
- AG1 is looking for a self-motivated Product Marketer, Growth (Freelance) for our UK team, who will be excited by the challenge of delivering CRO and retention activities on an interim basis
- Work with stakeholders internally to develop a prioritised list of UK web and CRO tests for our next 3m - and to project manage these to completion working through internal stakeholders
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver foundational UK CRM journeys through Klaviyo, including prospecting and winback
- Help us to continue to evaluate ongoing CRM and retention opportunities, and help us to strategise and prioritise our next best action in these areas

Athletic Green supplies health supplements that are NSF certified for sport, follow the latest in nutrition science, and require only a dose per day.
Athletic Green’s foundational nutrition drink, AG1 combines 75 vitamins, minerals, and whole-food sourced nutrients in one daily serving, and boasts improvements to gut health, immunity, energy level, and post-exercise recovery – filling nutrient gaps in a way that is convenient for day-to-day use. Aligning with its belief that nutrition is a human right, the company partners with charities such as No Kid Hungry, as well as actively and visibly acting to operate sustainably.
Athletic Greens raised significant funding in 2022 that is helping to grow its subscriber base and solidify its presence as a global nutrition brand. It is achieving this through increased distribution, continued scientific research and new product launches. In 2023, Athletic Greens was awarded the Outstanding Emerging Business Award at the HUman Insights Summit, reflecting its work for self improvement through customer feedback.
