- Provide legal advice and support day-to-day activities
- Expedite sales process and manage customer legal relations

- Manage intellectual property portfolio
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance operations across business verticals
- Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives
- Manage customer legal relations and expedite sales process
- Analyze and solve legal problems
- Coordinate matters regarding: intellectual property; acquisitions; insurance; employment; taxes; litigation; data acquisition and distribution; corporate transactions; real estate; IT
