Senior Manager of Engineering, ServiceTitan

• ServiceTitan is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who will help us build and lead teams within the engineering organization at ServiceTitan
• Lead and drive the delivery of mission-critical foundational/platform projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
• Be hands-on in architecture, design, and implementation, contributing immediately in a modern .NET/Azure environment
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of foundational systems
• Unlock the full potential of a highly skilled team ranging from Senior to Principal engineers, fostering an environment of excellence and high performance
• Participate actively in designing highly available and scalable systems, providing technical expertise to guide the team
• Report progress regularly to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on project status and delivery timelines
• Prioritize the delivery of critical projects while supporting engineers' professional growth and success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams to facilitate collaboration on foundational initiatives
• Encourage a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, driving commitment to project goals
• Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, customers, partners, and other leaders to align on objectives and expectations
