- 3+ years of experience in a HR administrative/ People Operations role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS (ideally Personio)
- Knowledge of German labor laws and regulations is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or university degree in a field related to People Operations
What the job involves
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding and ensure smooth and compliant execution of People Operations processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all personal, employment, and payroll information is complete and compliant with internal and legal requirements
- Prepare and process employment contracts, onboarding documents, and other HR-related paperwork: e.g. parental leave, reference letters, etc
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Personio, including process or workflow automation
- Provide general administrative support for employees on queries especially via Personio ticketing system, including those related to benefits, policies, and general People Operations procedures

It also holds a full German banking license, granting it an efficient position to deal with any red tape and complex processes, taking this strain away from companies.
Through moves such as its acquisition of MER, as well as many other collaborations, Solaris has paved the way for increased operations across Europe to now offer significant market coverage. In the long run, the company aims to be the core banking service across Europe and a foundational platform through which all companies integrate financial services into their ecosystem.
