• As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of design at Swan
• Sitting at the intersection of UX, UI, and product strategy, you will help craft seamless, intuitive experiences that make financial services more accessible

• Lead research and discovery efforts, bringing user insights into product decisions

• Advocate for design at a strategic level, helping embed a strong design culture across teams
• Optimize processes and ways of working, improving efficiency and execution quality
• Mentor and support the design team, sharing knowledge and best practices to raise the bar on craft
