• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field, with a Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology sector
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and the development of electromechanical systems
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and projects to successful outcomes
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in using project management tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance practices
