What the job involves
- LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Team Leader for our Mercedes Benz division
- You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey
- This role is based at our flagship dealership in Stockport and involves managing team performance, handling escalated customer enquiries, and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty
- Lead and motivate the Aftersales team, fostering a customer-centric culture
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team to meet performance goals and KPIs
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

LSH Auto UK is the British arm of the Lei Shing Hong global automotive group, a company with over 45 years' history in car retailing. Operating across the UK, LSH Auto UK specialises in Mercedes-Benz and, more recently, BYD and Smart too.
Over time, LSH Auto UK has grown significantly, with 16 dealer sites, serving both new and approved used-car customers and offering after-sales care, including servicing and repairs to parts and accessories. LSH Auto's business model emphasises not just luxury and performance, but also responsibility as it operates in an environmentally and socially conscious way.
To honour this, the company has made big moves into the electric vehicle (EV) space, most recently with the launch of a fifth BYD experience store.
