- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and quotas
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Sabio, you will play a vital role in our sales and growth efforts
- Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through various lead generation techniques, including marketing campaigns, data gathering, and outbound phone calls
- Lead Generation: Utilize marketing campaigns, online research, and other lead generation methods to identify and qualify potential clients within the target market
- Data Gathering: Research and gather information on prospects, including their needs, challenges, and key decision-makers. Mostly focused on the largest companies in the Benelux
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound phone calls to prospects to introduce our company, identify their pain points, and assess their interest in our products/services
- Qualification: Qualify leads by evaluating their potential as clients based on predefined criteria, and categorize them accordingly
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring they are engaged and well-informed about our offerings
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring that all necessary information is passed along
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, providing regular reports to the sales and management teams
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a consistent lead generation process
- Marketing actions include; setting up lead generating events locally together with the global and local team. And follow up these events for meeting creation
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects
- Reporting To: Managing Director - UK + SA
