Role
Who you are
- You are customer-centric and passionate about achieving customer outcomes
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or other customer facing & quota carrying role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Spanish
- You are confident discussing commercial details with customers (renewals and upsells)
- University bachelor's degree or comparable
- You can manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across a variety of customers and projects
- Experience in a SaaS environment, and eager to continue learning about evolving technology
- You are a team player and want to be a part of a team that learns from one another
What the job involves
- We are looking for Customer Success Managers who will help us achieve measurable results and thus generating real impact with the customer, this is what drives you
- And at the same time you want to make the internet a bit safer - in one of the most exciting industries of digitalization - together with a highly motivated team of software developers and ex-consultants
- With a customer and product-centric mindset, you will own a book of business in SoSafe’s customer base and ensure their success with SoSafe’s product suite
- You will be responsible for building relationships, and delivering customer value, to ensure retention and drive growth
- Advising customers on cyber security awareness measures
- Managing security awareness campaigns with SoSafe’s customers, and highlighting ROI
- Conception and execution of business reviews
- Managing commercial negotiations (including renewals and upsells)
- Proactive support of customers in achieving their goals
- Contribute feedback to our product development team as the voice of the customer
- Leverage relationships to identify key reference and case study candidates
Our take
Despite efforts to reduce cybercrime with increasingly secure systems and software, human error remains a chink in the security armour of many a business. SoSafe delivers training for workforces to become more adapt at acting securely, enabling companies to transform human vulnerability into a security asset.
SoSafe's trio of products - Teach, Transfer, and Act - together deliver a comprehensive system for training staff. This includes gamified micro-learning, phishing simulations, and a human risk and cyber security dashboard that enables users to identify and address potential threats before they take hold.
There are a number of other companies emerging to manage the human element in cybersecurity, but the ever-expanding market should offer room for SoSafe to grow despite this. Significant funding raised by the company will go towards furthering product development and accelerating global expansion.
