Role
Who you are
- 2+ years experience managing influence campaigns in B2C industries for the French market
- Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with creators in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable suggesting new ideas, with a test-learn-optimize mindset
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and building creator communities
- Highly organized and adaptable, who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiar with main social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch) and digital culture in France
- Fluent in French and English

What the job involves
- As a Junior Influence Manager, France within BeReal’s Operations team, you will:
- Find and onboard talented content creators who align with BeReal's mission to drive growth of the French market
- Negotiate directly with creators or agencies for both paid and unpaid collaborations
- Build a strong pipeline of diverse creators to grow our Creator Program
- Analyze content performance and give actionable feedback
- Share insights on trends and strategies to help creators improve engagement and visibility
- Be the main point of contact for creators, fostering strong relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on program improvements
- Track creator performance metrics and identify trends
- Report insights to refine the Creator Program and drive growth
