Who you are
- âĄď¸YOUR MISSION
- We are looking for a rare type of product growth leader who thinks like a founder, executes like a hacker, and tells compelling stories like a world-class marketer. Someone with sharp product instincts who understands how movements start, how trust compounds, and why people choose to build their lives around certain products
- You'll own the complete product growth engine: identify where the opportunity lives, rapidly test channels and messaging, craft narratives that spread organically, design growth loops that compound, then relentlessly iterate based on what's actually working. You work directly with the CEO, making trade-offs daily between what scales and what's right, moving with startup velocity
- You have exceptional and first-principled growth intuition - you can feel what resonates and what falls flat. You're a builder at heart, deeply analytical, seeing leverage points and growth loops everywhere others see noise. You understand that the best growth doesn't come from funnels - it comes from products people can't help but share, stories that spread themselves, and experiences that turn users into evangelists
- We're taking Evergive from early product-market fit to category-defining. You'll help us build product growth loops that make charitable giving feel transformational, make Bitcoin-powered giving feel credible and accessible, and make long-term generosity feel like the obvious choice for anyone wanting to make the world a better place
- OUTCOMES
- Zero-to-One Growth Engine: Own the entire inbound system from scratch - product-led growth, brand, storytelling, content, partnerships, community-led growth, and referral mechanics. Build it. Ship it. Scale it
- Product Marketing: You live deep in the product and work hand-in-hand with users, Product and Engineering to feed growth insights into product design, helping shape features, onboarding flows, and viral mechanics that make the product inherently more growthable
- Viral Loop Architecture: Design and implement repeatable growth loops that turn charities into advocates, donors into evangelists, and early users into a movement
- Organic Acquisition Mastery: We do not believe in paid ads for pre-revenue products. You will generate consistent inbound leads from charities and purpose-driven businesses with zero paid budget - using creativity, storytelling, strategic partnerships and AI growth tools. Paid ads are an option post strong PMF and healthy consistent revenue
- Narrative Engineering: Craft and distribute the Evergive story across channels. Turn complex concepts (Bitcoin, perpetual giving, investments, charity) into lucid and emotionally compelling narratives that inspire trust and action
- AI-Enhanced Scaling: Leverage AI tools to automate growth systems, analyse user behavior, personalise outreach, and maximise experimentation velocity without losing the human touch
- Metrics-Driven Iteration: Obsess over viral coefficients, conversion rates, funnel velocity, activation loops, and retention cohorts. Use real-time data to ruthlessly kill what isn't working and double down on what drives compounding growth
- THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Former Founder: You've run your own company (for at least 1 year). You've built, shipped, and sold something you created from scratch. You understand what it means when the buck stops with you
- Strong Product Background: You've built and shipped actual software products to market, led or been part of product teams, designed features, and taken something from idea to user adoption
- Resourceful 0-to-1 Operator: You've built inbound pipelines and communities from literally nothing - no brand, no budget, no playbook - and generated real traction through sheer resourcefulness
- Growth Hacker DNA: You see systems and think in loops. Youâre comfortable experimenting relentlessly and failing. You've tested 50 ideas to find the 2 that worked. You've grown products with no money by being fantastically creative and resourceful
- Compelling Storyteller: You communicate with clarity, credibility, and emotion. You can lead sales calls, write copy that converts, create content that spreads, and articulate a vision that inspires

- WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 90 Days: You've built a repeatable, AI-optimised, product-led growth engine delivering measurable traction. You've identified our primary growth channel, shipped several experiments, and established a scalable path to growth
- 6 Months: You've created predictable, scalable inbound pipelines. Early growth loops are compounding. You've converted your first 250+ charities into active partners through organic channels alone
- 12 Months: Evergive is recognised as a category leader in charitable giving infrastructure. Your growth strategy has created a self-sustaining movement, built scalable systems that don't require you to execute, and proven playbooks ready for international expansion

- INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Screening call with People team (virtual, 30 min) - Share your story, ask questions about the role, and learn about our business and next steps
- Meet our CEO and Founder (virtual, 45 min) - Come ready to talk about what you've built, how you think about growth, and why this mission matters to you
- Technical task + competency interview (virtual, 1 hr) - You'll solve a real Evergive growth challenge and walk us through your experimentation framework, channel strategy, and how you would measure success
- Culture & values fit interview (in person, London, 1.5 hrs) - We'll dig into how you work, what drives you, and whether we're the right team for each other. Meet the wider team and experience our culture firsthand
- Where appropriate, Evergive may request a brief (fully paid) trial period of up to 5 days, before making a formal offer. This trial period will focus on working on a specific task together with the Evergive team. It provides a chance for both parties to further assess culture fit before committing
