Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Manager, Oppizi

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing in B2B SaaS or tech companies
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through performance marketing, ABM, and multi-channel campaigns in B2B SaaS or tech environments
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns
• Strong understanding of full-funnel demand generation, from awareness to conversion to pipeline acceleration
• Experience with partner collaborations (negotiating sponsorships, managing paid placements, co-marketing initiatives)
• Excellent analytical skills: ability to build reports, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)

• Explore and evaluate new paid media channels and creative ways to reach our audience (e.g., podcast sponsorships, niche blogs, partner banners, influencer campaigns)
• Lead partner collaborations: negotiate and manage paid appearances, co-marketing initiatives, and banner placements on partner websites
• Analyze campaign performance, build actionable reports, and optimize based on data
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys
• Develop prospecting and retargeting campaigns to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our website
