Who you are
- Looking for experience in customer relationship roles
- The ability and desire to connect and collaborate with people and build relationships
- Confidence to engage with a wide range of roles from enthusiasts to c-Level executives
- Keen interest in financial markets and related solutions
- Interest in or experience with cloud technologies, APIs, coding and/or open source technology
- Fluent English and some command of Dutch. Any other languages are a bonus
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required
What the job involves
- Customer Success Managers connect our most strategic clients to LSEG Data & Feeds solutions
- This specialist plays a meaningful role in ensuring our customers extract the full power of LSEG by discovering and implementing workflow solutions while providing guidance throughout the customer’s journey
- The role is responsible for successful adoption and expansion of the LSEG within their accounts
- Equal parts trusted adviser and roadmap architect, the CSM collaboratively engages with key business decision makers, assists in reducing competitive risk, and finds opportunities in their accounts
- Through increasing customer satisfaction and adoption, create the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth potential
- Clearly define business outcomes and success plans to gain and track customer objectives, milestones, risks, and success metrics
- Educate customers on how to use our enterprise platforms, content, and technologies tailored to use-case needs
- Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities to create actionable insights and strategically pivot as necessary
- Seek out organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell) in collaboration with business development partners
- Ensure customers derive maximum from our services and solutions, using the full extent of their licenses/contracts
- Build, maintain and use strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to capture customer intelligence and influence adoption

It operates as a part of LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), one of the world’s leading providers of financial markets infrastructure, as a marketplace to enable stock brokers and traders to buy and sell stocks, bonds, and other securities.
The London Stock Exchange has lived through a stream of innovations; from telegraph and telephone, to the Market Price Display System, automatic trade matching, and the digitisation of issuer services. In 2019 it acquired Refinitiv, a financial information company, and in doing so became a global financial news and data business.
Most recently, the London Stock Exchange has made moves to support the evolution of private markets, and further build its presence in this space. It partnered with Floww, a platform that connects investors with private companies, with aims to launch a private primary capital raising facility, as well as explore new technologies and secondary market options for the platform.
