FP&A Analyst, Coinbase

• This hybrid opportunity is a two-year rotational program located in New York City starting in August 2025
• FP&A is a critical function in supporting continued growth at Coinbase
• The team produces comprehensive forecasts and variance analyses for all revenue and expense lines across every part of the business
• Additionally, they deliver ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions and conduct deep dives of key focus areas to ensure the financial health of the business
• The team collaborates with cross-functional partners including Business Operations, Data, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations and HR to identify risks and opportunities and explain performance to key stakeholders
• Two year FP&A rotational program located in NYC with 3 rotations across our Corporate, Product and Operations FP&A teams
• Provide business partners with accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and insights into their businesses to help them make timely, effective decisions that support their team’s roadmaps
• Supporting core financial processes within Coinbase: month and quarter end close, preparation for earning cycles, annual planning
• Ad-hoc projects: deep dives into specific revenue or expense line items
• Constantly improving processes across our team - take your learnings from one rotation into the next and act as a change agent to share best practices across the FP&A organization
