Role
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations or a generalist People role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification, or working towards it
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance or performance processes
- For someone who wants to grow into a strong HR & People generalist, this is a proper platform

What the job involves
- We are looking for a HR & People Operations specialist to join our growing People team and help build the foundations that allow Connectd to scale well. This is a broad HR and People role, covering employee relations, people operations, policy, talent operations, international hiring support, EMI sharescheme administration and general HR infrastructure. This is not an internal recruiter role. Recruitment will be part of the role, but the focus will be on improving how we source, attract and manage talent: building effective hiring channels, managing recruitment partners, maintaining a strong PSL, improving candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers run structured, cost-effective processes

- You will not be dropped into a narrow admin role. You will help build the systems, standards and processes that shape how Connectd scales as a company
- Ensuring our core HR processes are accurate, consistent and well managed
- Support disciplinary, grievance, performance and conduct processes
- Support cost-effective hiring in London and internationally by helping us improve our recruitment infrastructure
- Support the administration of our EMI share scheme and other People projects
