Role
Who you are
- We're looking for someone experienced in building and managing customer relationships, a great communicator, and a tech enthusiast
- 5+ years in consultative sales and/or Account Management
- Worked in Account Management/Customer Success for at least 2 years
- Training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., Winning by Design, MEDDIC, Challenger) and can apply it to drive customer value
- A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail in every interaction and deliverable
- Worked in a global company that operates in various time zones
- A love of working independently with lots of freedom

What the job involves
- We are excited to welcome another Account Manager to our growing Revenue team
- It is a front-line role with a direct impact on Veriff's growth and our customers' success
- Building and strengthening client relationships
- Growing the usage and adoption of Veriff while preventing churn
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Communicating with clients via email and video calls
- Serving as the point person for client questions and contract renewals
- Representing Veriff to our customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction
- Suggesting product improvements
Our take
Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
