Cybersecurity Lead, Harbinger Motors

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus

Desirable

• Design, implement, and maintain security solutions to protect networks, systems, and data from potential cyber threats
• Monitor network traffic, logs, and alerts for suspicious activity and investigate security breaches
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify and address weaknesses
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure deployment and operation of software, hardware, and network infrastructure
• Respond to and manage security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation strategies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Conduct security awareness training for staff and promote a culture of cybersecurity across the organization
