Technical Writer, FareHarbor

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical writing, creating product documentation, help tutorials, or user guides, ideally in a tech-driven or SaaS environment
• Communication skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products, technical environments, and the ability to quickly understand new concepts
• Documentation tools: Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Attention to detail: A meticulous focus on clarity, accuracy, and producing high-quality content
• Content creation: Experience with long-form content creation, preferably in B2B environments

• FareHarbor is seeking a talented technical writer to join our Product Marketing team, based in Amsterdam
• In this role, you will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our diverse customer base
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Product Enablement Managers, to ensure that our documentation reflects the latest product updates and addresses customer needs
• Documentation development: Write, edit, and maintain user guides, help articles, and other essential documentation for FareHarbor’s products
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather accurate information and ensure content is up to date
• Content management: Organize and structure documentation to enhance user navigation and ensure easy access to information
• Feedback integration: Seek and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation quality and relevance
• Consistency & standards: Maintain adherence to FareHarbor’s style guide to ensure consistent voice, tone, and format
