Track record of owning and executing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
Clear and concise communication skills — both written and verbal

We’re looking for a Talent Development Program Manager who’s excited to take ownership, improve what exists, and shape what’s next
In this role, you’ll lead and support some of our most critical talent programs — including performance reviews, leadership development for new managers and individual contributors, and talent planning efforts like succession and talent reviews
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team with a big mandate, working across the company to ensure our programs are clear, inclusive, and built to scale
Run and continuously improve our performance review process, making it simple, fair, and actionable for employees and managers
Support and evolve talent management programs like succession planning and talent reviews that help us identify, develop, and retain great people
Explore how AI can enhance development, from streamlining feedback to making learning more personalized and accessible
Create easy-to-use tools, communications, and resources that make it simple for employees and managers to navigate our programs
Use feedback and data to drive improvements, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we can do better
Stay informed on trends in talent development, bringing in new ideas and approaches that raise the bar
Partner closely with HRBPs, DEI, and People Operations to deliver a consistent employee experience across all People team programs
