Who you are
- Financial Services experience is a must!
- Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday - Sunday (Shift basis) 39 Hours a week, this may include working on either Saturday or Sunday

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Customer Service Telephony Specialist who possesses a passion for customer care and will work with our team of talented Customer Service Executives & colleagues across the business to provide the best possible end to end customer experience
- Dealing with all queries that come in through telephony from our vulnerable users
- Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience
- Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team
- Active participation in app growth and development
