Senior Tech Recruiter, Veepee

• Strong interest and understanding of business and technologies landscape
• Tech experience as an in-house recruiter or agency
• You have an extensive experience using traditional and emerging platforms to identify, recruit, and close top level candidates
• Proven organizational skills to handle high volume of hiring as well as ownership on projects

Desirable

• Within a European distributed HR team you will be part of all recruitment activities for the Veepee Tech community
• As a strong business partner, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment experience partnering closely with HRBPs and Engineering Managers
• Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Handle a high volume of open positions and candidates with the help our ATS (Lever)
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers in order to anticipate needs and to help them building teams with serenity
• Create and negotiate offers to help closing candidates
• Make sure to onboard candidates smoothly
• Improve, build and implement new processes together with other team members
• Identify, execute and collaborate with team members in recruitment & HR on transversal projects
• Participate in staffing committees to report our weekly activities and validate different recruitment requests
• Be part of the team rituals and participate in internal and external events
