What the job involves
- We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing team
- You will play a critical role in helping our team set goals, track progress, and communicate key updates in a structured and impactful way
- Assist in setting project goals, defining key deliverables, and maintaining project roadmaps
- Track progress against objectives, identify blockers, and support issue resolution
- Monitor project performance metrics and generate reports to keep leadership informed
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by ensuring alignment on tasks and priorities
- Maintain structured documentation of project updates, key decisions, and next steps
- Gather and synthesize data from various teams to develop clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations
- Create structured reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate project status and insights effectively
- Design slides that simplify complex information and align with strategic objectives
- Draft internal communications, memos, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives
