Who you are
- Minimum five years of managing accounts with $300K+ ARR, focusing on renewals and expanding usage of the software
- Experience closing $100K+ upsell deals
- Experience selling into global organizations
- Key accounts experience, managing a small subset of large accounts
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- SaaS sales experience required
- Able to communicate at an executive level but also build deep relationships across all levels of an organization
- Have sold marketing or creative software
- A strong network in the content creation space is a plus
- HubSpot or Salesforce usage is required
- You must be coachable
- You live by honesty, integrity, empathy and thoughtfulness
- Confidence to build trusting relationships at all levels
What the job involves
- ⬆ Reporting Into: Account Director, Enterprise
- We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive for Key Accounts to build and expand relationships within our top 10% client base
- These clients are primarily well-adopted, and we want to ensure their continued success while finding new opportunities for growth
- This role focuses on expanding the current usage of Ceros across new regions, divisions, groups, and use cases
- Your goal will be to ensure renewals and drive further expansion by leveraging the strong relationships already in place and building new ones
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to achieve renewal and expansion goals
- Build actionable account plans that could span from 6 to 18 months
- Be fully immersed in the entire customer experience, engaging with users, influencers, and decision-makers at all levels within the organization
- Ensure that Ceros remains a deeply integrated, indispensable tool (“sticky”) within the organization to not only secure renewals but also drive growth through expanded use cases, new teams, regions, and divisions
- Proactively engage with clients to prevent budget cuts, staying ahead of any challenges they may face while positioning Ceros as a long-term, strategic partner
- Manage and prioritize a rolling pipeline, focusing on expanding within existing client relationships
- Act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback to the business and product owners
- Partner with marketing to develop campaigns and strategies aimed at expanding client engagement
- Maintain strong visibility across your accounts, ensuring constant communication and proactive engagement at all levels

Writing code to create digital content often comes with complications and expense. Ceros was created to eliminate these issues, by providing customers with a no-code design platform.
It allows marketing and design teams to create animated content on a collaborative canvas, without having to rely on developers. As such, the Ceros platform has proved a hit with an impressive list of enterprise customers including United Airlines, Condé Nast, J.P. Morgan Chase, Fitbit, Bloomberg, and Mashable.
Competition in the MarTech market may be fierce, with rivals including Ion and Uberflip, but Ceros sets itself apart as a platform that allows customers to produce this kind of content at scale and with fast turnaround times. Lately, the company announced "Gemma", a creative AI sidekick capable of generating new ideas, optimizing existing designs, and automating tedious tasks, with the aim of freeing up users to focus on their own creative vision.
