CRM and Lifecycle Manager, Coinbase

• 3+ years of CRM experience including email, push, and in-app notifications
• Experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns and multi-step customer journeys
• Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, etc.)
• Familiarity with ML-powered targeting, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Experience configuring and managing incentive or promotional platforms
• Basic SQL skills
• Solid understanding of basic HTML for email, email best practices & industry standards
• Comfortable setting up & executing experiments (A/B, multivariate) to track business impact, analyzing the data, and extracting key insights
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work towards tight deadlines
• Strategic thinker able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable plan
• Skilled at working cross-functionally, a self-starter and a quick learner

• Coinbase is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Platforms team
• The work will center on creating offers and notifications for emerging products (prediction markets, simple derivatives, token sales) to increase adoption and deepen retention
• The Marketing Platforms team is passionate about growth, activation, retention, and reactivation of Coinbase customers, working hand-in-hand with product & engineering teams to achieve our ambitious targets
• With a focus on emerging product growth, you will build complex lifecycle marketing journeys, leverage our ML-powered targeting to deliver highly relevant notifications and in-product promotions to users, and configure incentives in our incentives platform
• You'll understand key drivers in lifecycle marketing to achieve ambitious adoption and retention goals for emerging products
• Identify gaps in current customer journeys and devise actionable plans to improve them
• Maintain line of sight across key lifecycle pillars (onboarding/engagement) and bubble up insights on what is working vs. what is not
• Build, execute, and monitor complex lifecycle marketing journeys across email, push, and in-product channels
• Leverage ML-powered targeting to deliver highly relevant notifications and in-product promotions to users
• Configure and manage incentives within our incentives platform to drive product adoption
• Ensure all communications deliver the best customer experience
• Work with analytics teams to develop robust reporting metrics
• Analyze campaign performance and extract key insights to optimize future efforts
• Track and report on adoption and retention metrics for emerging products
