Enterprise Growth Specialist, Arcadia

• The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, adaptability and has familiarity creating pipeline
• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably within SaaS or the energy sector
• Goal oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity, meetings and pipeline quotas
• Technical proficiency with both Salesforce and modern Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Regie, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
• Resourcefulness in using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong phone presence and the ability to handle objections with poise and curiosity
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure while demonstrating initiative and adaptability. We are a high-impact team that values collaboration and success

• Demonstrate persistence and creativity in executing daily multi-channel outreach involving cold calling, personalized emails, video, and social
• Partner strategically with your Account Executive to map and penetrate key accounts within your assigned territory
• Take initiative in leading initial discovery meetings to uncover client pain points and energy management needs
• Deliver compelling product demos that showcase how Arcadia’s platform solves critical energy, finance and sustainability challenges
