Who you are
- Educ./experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management or a related role within the technology field
- Experience must include: leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs; data analytics resourcing; building data analytics reports; managing technical implementations; working with senior executives; SaaS; project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Six Sigma/Lean; project management software: Jira, Asana, and Confluence
What the job involves
- Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals, including but not limited to go-to-market initiatives, new product launches, customer expansion, business system implementation, and integration of mergers and acquisitions
- Refine and prioritize future objectives that support JumpCloud’s Mission, Vision and Strategy and then break those down into measurable components; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, sales, engineering, G&A functions) to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead retrospective meetings to learn from our efforts
- Track and report on progress and monitor project milestones and escalate issues that threaten success; Monitor and manage program cost/budgets, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues
- Propose project modification such as devising strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Coordinate multiple strategic initiatives, identifying and managing dependencies while managing scope, risk and communications; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners; Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies and best practices
- Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies; Analyze program performance data and identify areas for optimization
- Review and analyze the efficacy of revised business strategies
- Monitor the long-term effects of business changes; Effectively communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership; Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators
