Role
Who you are
- You bring a deep knowledge of financial software to help our prospects contextualise the Addepar solution fit
- You are a creative problem solver, self-starter, and a thoughtful voice to motivate change within an outstanding sales organisation!
- The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, consultative, and very well-organised with a deep understanding of investment management
- Several years of experience in the Financial Services space including roles in FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product experience, and financial platforms
- Worked at prior SaaS companies in similar roles such as deployments, product, engineering, and/or client success
- Lead complex engagements with 9-12 month sales cycles, across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Prior experience selling into private banks, general partners, and asset allocators (Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Endowments)
- Domain expertise in wealth management, portfolio accounting/analysis, data integration, and software implementation
- Effective oral and written communicator with the ability to work with members at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task and track processes and work for numerous prospective clients
- Flexible to travel on short notice (20%+)
What the job involves
- As the key consultative resource throughout our sales process, you will be leading presentations with C-Suite and other key operational resources
- You will work with our Sales team to ensure our prospects are abreast of the product innovation at Addepar
- Tactical objectives include: collaborating with a variety of prospects, to provide an in-depth understanding of Addepar's product advantages and capabilities
- Technical sales point for highly strategic multimillion-dollar enterprise accounts
- Partner with account executives in communicating the value proposition across multiple products throughout sophisticated sales cycles
- Presentations, product demonstration, in-depth proof of concepts, and detailed discovery with multiple client personas: technical team, operations team, front-office, executives, and end-clients
- Coordinate large, cross-functional account teams driving initial implementation and growth opportunities
- Initiate and lead sophisticated projects to completion with a high level of execution

Addepar currently tracks more than $4 trillion of assets with circa 800 clients including individual advisers, family offices, and large institutions such as AllianceBernstein, Bartlett Wealth Management, and Morgan Stanley.
The multi-unicorn company has been pursuing global expansion, opening its first office outside of the United States in Scotland in 2021 and a new London office in late 2022 and appointing new leadership members from the likes of Oracle and Amazon Web Services. Addepar is certainly gaining momentum as it expands operations and further innovates its suite of solutions.
