Who you are

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Calendar
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager to support our CEO and contribute to the smooth operation of our executive office
- Based in our NYC headquarters, the Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for business priorities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and prioritizing commitments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups with a high degree of professionalism
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and meetings
- Office management for our NYC office
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is equipped with necessary information in advance
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, and coordination as needed
- Plan and execute logistics for executive team events, board meetings, and other company-wide engagements
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests related to the CEO’s office
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Our take

Off of 2024's Series C funding, the company is further optimizing and developing its product offerings and has recently launched an AI tech incubator, signalling clear ambition to lead as the next wave of data-driven innovation starts to take shape.
