Junior Information Security & Data Privacy Officer, Skilllab

• Technical cybersecurity skills: A strong technical understanding and background in cybersecurity principles gained through studies, previous practical experience etc

• Problem-solving and analytical skills:Ability to dissect cybersecurity and privacy issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions
• Communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties on cybersecurity and data privacy matters

Desirable

• You will join our internal operations team as the new Junior Information Security & Data Privacy Officer. You will directly work with - one of SkillLab’s co-founder and our Director of Internal & Learning Operations
• You will be involved in a variety of activities:
• Run SkillLab’s cybersecurity operations: Access controls, identity access management, trainings, quarterly fire drills, laptop set-up, supplier screening, answering security questions in tenders, and acting as security & data privacy contact person
• Operate SkillLab’s Information Security System: Risk assessments, quarterly monitoring, metrics tracking, committee management, objective setting, policy review, annual ISO27001 recertification
• Implement change projects: Identify, analyse and prioritise important areas to improve cybersecurity and data privacy at SkillLab, in line with cybersecurity risk assessments
• Embed information security into the wider organisation: Understands SkillLab's strategy and the implications of the strategy for the cybersecurity functions, and work with other teams to address cybersecurity and data privacy risks in their teams
