Who you are
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- You have a strong understanding and POV of how content helps businesses grow, especially in the B2B sector
- You have a knack for building strong partnerships with sales and other GTM teams, and can influence decisions throughout the sales funnel
- You have the confidence and technical skills to work effectively with product teams and help inform roadmap decisions by bringing feedback from GTM teams and customer research
- You are solution-oriented and get energized by tackling hard-to-solve problems
- You are constantly thinking up new and inventive ways to reach buyers, drive growth, and help sellers sell better
- Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
- Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar would be useful!
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs is a plus
- Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp is a big plus!
- Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, team player mentality, and the ability to convey this through communication and presentation skills
- Intellectually curious; you want to understand everything about our customers & market opportunity
- Comfortable working in a complex and ever-changing environment

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketer with a background in digital and SaaS to help bring new products and features to market for both new and existing customers
- You’ll also be responsible for driving engagement & adoption of our core product features and key user journey moments
- You will be expected to communicate with confidence and authority, operate autonomously, and work across departments
- We’re looking for a star individual contributor who’s capable of simultaneously maintaining multiple projects and building solid relationships across the organization in a fast-paced working environment
- Kick-off and manage go-to-market strategies for new features across our product portfolio
- Build, monitor, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost product activation and adoption. (email, in-app, and customer collateral)
- Work closely with our demand generation and content teams to drive the messaging and positioning for product and feature launch campaigns
- Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new and existing features, and that the internal documentation is up-to-date
- Maintain solid relationships with key cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Experience departments
- Become an expert in the needs and aspirations of our business users and target personas: marketers and designers
- Work with our Enablement team to facilitate workshops that help our GTM teams perform better
- Support the Director of Product Marketing in crafting the value proposition for new features and products
Our take

It allows marketing and design teams to create animated content on a collaborative canvas, without having to rely on developers. As such, the Ceros platform has proved a hit with an impressive list of enterprise customers including United Airlines, Condé Nast, J.P. Morgan Chase, Fitbit, Bloomberg, and Mashable.
Competition in the MarTech market may be fierce, with rivals including Ion and Uberflip, but Ceros sets itself apart as a platform that allows customers to produce this kind of content at scale and with fast turnaround times. Lately, the company announced "Gemma", a creative AI sidekick capable of generating new ideas, optimizing existing designs, and automating tedious tasks, with the aim of freeing up users to focus on their own creative vision.
