What the job involves

As Director of Engineering, you'll lead our infrastructure and platform teams, enabling operational excellence that powers experiences for millions of members across Mighty Networks
Lead and grow teams in a remote environment
Implement operational strategies supporting organizational growth
Maintain high performance and availability within our AWS-based Kubernetes infrastructure
Evolve web and mobile platforms using the latest native tech stacks
Evolve test infrastructure and architecture for web and mobile platforms
Empower developers through a low-friction development, CI/CD, and monitoring processes
Manage operational budgets and security responses
Align compute and storage capacity to match company needs and budget
Participate in SOC2 compliance processes
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
