• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams

• Build and manage relationships with your internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration
• Act as an advisor and partner for the business in promoting good recruitment practices and helping them solve their recruiting challenges
