Who you are
- We are seeking a candidate with strong project management and communication skills
- A minimum of 5 years of prior experience in SEO, coupled with active involvement within the SEO community on social media platforms
- Proven expertise in social media marketing and social media platforms for B2B SaaS or technology brands
- A strong marketing mindset with excellent copywriting skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in growing social media engagement and followership
- Exceptional communication and project management skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
- Meticulous organizational skills, effectively managing and keeping up with a lot of moving parts
- Possess an acute attention to detail in both internal and external contexts
- Proven experience effectively collaborating/managing social support across multiple teams within marketing/the organization
- Autonomous / proactive: Thinks on their own, problem-solver, prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission
- Proven engaging short form copy creation
- Experience drafting social copy for a B2B C-level executive
- Big plus if you have Asana experience / project management experience
- Location: Remote within the US, preferably within the EST or CST zones
- Expected monthly commitment: 20-30 hours per month
- Timezone: Some working hours must occur between 9am-12pm EST. Need to overlap at least 3 hours with EST but ideally closer to 6 hours or located within the EST timezone
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
What the job involves
- Create and curate engaging content (video, audio, graphics, and written posts) for social media (with some support from creative team resources)
- Translate long-form content assets into short, engaging social posts (caption and graphic copy creation)
- Manage the social media content calendar
- Generate real-time social posts in response to industry happenings and news
- Social listening and engaging with mentions and interactions
- Weekly documentation of posts to generate company-wide engagement
- Analyze data and insights to inform and refine your content, constantly optimizing for results
- Provide monthly reporting on growth and engagement
- Ideate and help improve internal processes for social post requests and management

The internet is increasingly becoming a walled garden, with content and vital market intelligence hidden away on social media sites, gaming environments and apps. And with increasing regulation in the data protection space, such as GDPR, it can be harder for marketing teams to gain insight into what potential customers exist and what they want.

For instance, its acquisition of ContentKing allowed it to add real-time website auditing and monitoring to its platform, and its 2023 acquisition of Searchmetrics is aimed at accelerating its growth in Europe. As the SEO space enters a period of consolidation, it seems that Conductor is well-positioned to remain at the top of the search results.
