• We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join our team! As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling the engineering team, optimizing processes, and driving alignment between technical execution and business objectives to support the company’s rapid growth
• Drive the successful delivery of the product roadmap in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Oversee the identification, management, and resolution of technical debt to ensure long-term scalability and performance
• Foster the professional growth and career development of engineering team members through mentorship and guidance
• Continuously enhance and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Build and lead a team of high-performing engineers with a strong focus on collaboration and excellence
• Translate strong technical visions into actionable plans, providing guidance and support for execution
• Manage an engineering team, balancing responsibilities with light coding tasks (80% management, 20% coding)
• Lead sprint planning, roadmapping, and collaborative exercises with Product teams
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leadership to align and execute on engineering initiatives
