What the job involves
- This is a Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment, focused on managing and growing existing client relationships through strategic, long-term support that helps clients achieve their KPIs through the platform
- Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization
- Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience
- Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users
