Senior Associate of Desktop Support, Vestwell

Desirable

• Vestwell is looking for a Desktop Support, Senior Associate, to work with our CorpIT team to manage and optimize our corporate IT processes as well as repair any technology issues within our Austin office
• Additionally this user would help with remote technical issues for our remote staff as well as remote support for other office locations
• This role will be responsible for adherence to policies in our hardware setup for employees and new hires, as well as engineering and administering access
• This role plays a key role working with CorpIt, DevOps, Security and other teams
• Manage and implement optimizations to automate day to day corporate IT tasks
• Handle break/fix of end-user technical issues
• Mac endpoint management through JAMF
• Manage and follow-up with any applicable tickets
