• 8+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality CMS applications, with a proven track record of success
• Expertise in WordPress development, including core functionalities, customization, and security best practices
• Experience working on large direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites with high traffic and conversion events involving thousands/millions of users (e.g., e-commerce purchases, appointment bookings)
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript to build responsive user interfaces
• Strong back-end development skills, including PHP and database management
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching mechanisms, CDN integration, image optimization)
