Who you are
- This is a highly visible and expansive role that requires a deep technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive large-scale initiatives
- Expansive Product Mgmt experience: More than 10 years of direct experience as a Product Manager working on critical, complex and cross-functional initiatives
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform architecture, data management, and system integrations
- Experience with High-Volume Services: Proven track record in managing and scaling services that handle large volumes of usage
- Meaningful experience with the FinTech Domain is a big plus

What the job involves
- We are looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager to join our high performing product team here at Forma
- Reporting directly to our SVP of Product, this person will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the vision for several critical aspects of our core platform
- This includes how we collect, store, and leverage customer and member data, integrate with our partner ecosystem and more while meeting our security and compliance standards
- Define Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the vision for the core platform, encompassing data management, integrations, and compliance
- Drive Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Data Management: Oversee how customer and member data is collected, stored, and leveraged to enhance business outcomes
- Integration Management: Coordinate with partners to seamlessly integrate their solutions into our platform
- Security and Compliance: Partner with security and compliance SMEs in the company to discover, advocate, plan and deliver key product functionality
Our take
Forma is looking to reimagine the employee benefits model. The company helps HR departments select the right benefits, and by leveraging its vendor network, also offer these at a more affordable cost. Forma then also helps employees make smarter, more transparent decisions regarding their health and wellness work benefits.
With generations X and Z dominating the workforce, benefits expectations are rapidly changing. Add to that the upheaval of employee expectations precipitated by the switch to hybrid workforces, and many HR departments have struggled to keep pace with the rate of change. Unused benefits, and enquiries from under-informed employees, eat up both time and resources that undermine the efficiency and credibility of a businesses’ benefits program. Therefore, Forma's solution to this should be appealing for employers and employees alike.
Testament to the efficacy of its model, Forma was only founded in 2017 as Twic, and already boasts the likes of Zoom, Stripe, and DataDog among its customers. With the nature of modern workforces still in flux, Forma look well-placed to be catering to an adaptive, demanding new benefits landscape.
