Role
Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with a core ML product background, strong familiarity with model development workflows, and demonstrated success delivering product experiences that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of data operations
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice
- Strong technical literacy across ML model development, data pipelines, evaluation, labeling strategies, and quality frameworks
- Proven ability to drive deeply technical roadmaps end-to-end, from concept to launch
- Ability to write clear PRDs, partner on research experimentation frameworks, and drive measurable outcomes
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry
- Experience building internal or platform-level products with complex workflows and multi-stakeholder environments
Desirable
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 3+ years focused on ML/AI platforms, MLOps, or data systems products
- Experience with agent-based systems, generative AI, reinforcement learning, self-improving systems, or automated workforce/task routing platforms
- Familiarity with quality scoring mechanisms, human-in-the-loop systems, and synthetic data generation
- Background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or related technical field
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Product Manager with deep AI/ML expertise to lead development across our agentic data systems, task-quality infrastructure, and data-acceleration initiatives
- You will work closely with Research, Engineering, Data Operations, and Design to define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans for intelligent workflow systems that optimize data pipelines, improve annotation/task quality, and enable faster and more efficient delivery of ML-ready data

Our take
Demand for AI is increasing in almost every industry, but the machine learning that fuels it is tedious to set up. In order to train machine learning algorithms, training data must be labelled manually, and this contributes to expenses in time, money and resources when integrating AI within a business.
Snorkel AI develops programmatic approaches to data labelling in order to automate the setup process of machine learning and decrease the required timeframe for a business to begin providing AI services. In addition to these automated data categorization services, the company also integrates data training, management, and analysis into a unified AI-deployment platform.
The complex computer science behind AI setup has resulted in many businesses without computer science backgrounds being left behind, and Snorkel AI has set this as their target audience. As of 2023, this customer base has tripled in size since Snorkel AI's founding and in 2024, enjoyed a new round of funding.
