• Expertise in both brand and performance advertising, with an ability to shift seamlessly between ideation and commercial decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to treat creative as a business: setting objectives, influencing revenue, and guiding resources to high-impact opportunities
• Experience operating in a global or matrixed environment, with an ability to translate global strategy into regional execution

• We’re looking for a bold, commercially-minded Director to lead the Creative Strategy team in North America, guiding the evolution of Snapchat’s creative solutions for advertisers across the US and Canada
• This leader will drive business impact by turning Snap’s unique creative ecosystem into performance-driving campaigns, all while embedding platform-first thinking, AI-accelerated innovation, and world-class creative excellence into every engagement
• As part of the Global Creative Strategy (CS) leadership team, you will set the regional strategy and vision, build trusted partnerships with senior Sales leaders, and scale Creative Strategy as a measurable revenue lever
• You’ll lead a team of high-performing strategists, championing innovation and creative craft, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to shape industry-defining work that sets new standards for mobile, video, and AR experiences
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Creative Strategists across North America, spanning both Large and Medium Customer Solutions (LCS and MCS)
• Champion Snap’s creative POV in the region, bringing to life our global CS vision while tailoring it to market-specific needs
• Partner directly with Sales Leadership to influence revenue, with CS acting as a strategic unlock across both brand and performance campaigns
• Maintain a relentless focus on creative excellence, delivering bold, insight-driven ideas that move businesses and make full use of Snap's most innovative formats and tools
• Shape AI-accelerated creative workflows, empowering the team to pitch faster and smarter, with story-led thinking and measurable results
