• While ensuring clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project deliverables, booking event logistics, and supporting the creation of engaging content to drive sales opportunities
• You’ll be joining a lean team of ambitious marketers where your work will have a real impact on the growth of the business
• End-to-End Event Execution: Plan and execute outstanding digital and in-person events, from internal event kick-offs to booking travel and coordinating with partners, to swag sourcing and post-event follow-up
• Campaign Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for content marketing programs, ensuring content and assets are ready for execution
• Creative Strategy: Participate in team brainstorms and propose innovative event concepts to increase engagement and drive sales opportunities
• Logistics & Travel: Oversee all event logistics for customers and employees, with a willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time)
• Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing metrics and vendor budgets, invoicing, and recordkeeping
• Social & Content: Support ContactMonkey’s organic social media efforts on LinkedIn, writing copy and coming up with creative post ideas, and engaging with our customers and community of internal comms pros
