Role
Who you are
- You are a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a larger cross-functional team context: Engineering, Product, and Marketing. As part of a scaling product team, we're expecting extraordinary user interface design skills
- Naturally, you'll be able to make key strategic decisions with us, besides your everyday work: Craft and map elegant user flows, prototype smooth interactions, launch new product features
- Ideally, you are biased toward long-term and keep your eyes on priorities, are used to self-managing projects you take ownership over from start to finish and know how to involve others outside your role
- 5+ of experience in a professional software product-driven environment
- Love thinking through complex interaction design problems
- Get excited about being immersed in the AI ecosystem and defining how tooling for AI services should look and behave
- Enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into a clear vision
- Excellent communication and story teller skills
- Creative problem-solving. Preferably with systematic, long-term approach
- Experience with data-informed design
What the job involves
- The product team is seeking a designer with experience creating thoughtful designs for technical workflows. As a designer at Together, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the way engineers build the future of AI
- Contribute to the overall design and direction of Together products
- Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals
- Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics
- Engage in user research to better understand our users and refine our products
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Help establish our design culture and grow our team
