Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in IT SOX compliance preferred in the IT sector
- BIG 4 experience or internal audit experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of SOX, IT general control and internal control frameworks like COBIT
- Solid understanding of modern technology and IT processes

What the job involves
- As Senior IT SOX Manager, you will be part of the Internal Control and Risk team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the SOX program's implementation
- Update the IT scoping and risk assessment
- Plan, coordinate and execute all phases of IT SOX compliance in line with SEC requirements and PCAOB guidance
- Ensure that IT controls are properly designed for all in-scope processes and entities
- Develop and maintain SOX documentation including risk and control matrices and process flowcharts
- Evaluate controls as new systems are being implemented, are developed or processes change
- Perform testing for ITGC, application controls and automatic controls with cloud and technology systems including design & operating effectiveness testing, communication of SOX findings, remediation test work, and roll-forward testing
- Provide technical guidance and advice to control owners for remediation of IT-related internal control gaps
- Assist in preparing and presenting status reports as needed
- Close cooperation with other stakeholders
