- 6 months to 2 years of relevant working experience working for the French Market
- BA/BS degree in a related field OR proven experience in a similar environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.)
- High motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a career at Criteo
- Ability to work autonomously, build projects and create value for your team
- Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
- Passion for business, digital marketing and newest trends
- Knowledge of the advertising landscape and KPIs is a strong plus
- Experiences with MS, Salesforce and Outreach are preferable

- Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision-makers through mapping, cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media tools for prospecting such as LinkedIn
- In this role, you will navigate profile organizational structures and pursue both individual and team goals, analyzing data and using them to generate new business opportunities
- Work with outbound (90%) and inbound leads (10%): identify, engage, and qualify prospects to generate new opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offering: build strong product knowledge and continuously learn from peers and colleagues
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business
- Track customer interactions accurately: manage & update communications with potential customers using our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Achieve and exceed your targets: Meet and exceed your sales quota, focusing on your core role and accelerating your professional growth
