Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations focused on solution selling, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Understands the requirements and nuance of selling a solution versus a product
- Experience in supply chain or last mile is a plus
- Proven ability to develop training programs, manage sales content, and drive cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic
- Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with a strategic mindset
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Candidates must be able to work full-time during standard Eastern Time Zone (ET) business hours
- All OneRail team members are required to be willing and able to make occasional visits to our Orlando, Florida headquarters
What the job involves
- We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused Sales Enablement Manager to join our Product Marketing team
- The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the sales team with the resources, training, and tools necessary to improve efficiency and close rates
- This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement enablement strategies, aligning the sales team with overall company goals
- You will train new sales team members during the onboarding process, develop ongoing training programs, manage sales content, and optimize tools and processes
- Training & Onboarding: Work with the Instructional Design team to create a structured onboarding program for new sales hires, including resources, training modules, and testing
- Regularly update and expand content based on feedback and industry best practices
- Sales Content & Resources: Maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, ensuring resources such as case studies, templates, and presentations are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with current messaging
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create new content and resources as necessary
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and identify improvement areas in cooperation with Sales Operations
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance sales processes and implement tools that streamline workflows, drive productivity, enable sales strategies and align with the customer journey
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop content around new product launches, customer success stories, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to identify opportunities that will improve productivity throughout the sales process
- Act as liaison between Marketing and Sales
- Tools Management: Oversee the implementation, and usage of CRM and other sales tools
- Provide training and support to ensure full adoption and efficient use by the sales team

It also provides micro-fulfilment centres offering store-level visibility and extra stock for companies selling their wares across the US.
This flexibility is crucial for OneRail, and though it's only available in the US right now, it has been making waves with substantial rounds of funding. At present, it’s already processing a million deliveries a month and operates across 330 US cities. Moving forwards, OneRail is planning on moving to target medium to small Shopify businesses.
