• 3+ years of experience in project management, solutions consulting, or a related field
• 3+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing role, managing customer implementation and onboarding
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Ability to manage customer tasks and ensure all necessary materials are gathered on time to support successful onboarding
• Proficient in using software tools for project management and productivity (Google Suite, Hubspot, Notion or similar)
• Strong competencies in analytical problem solving, project management, and strategic planning
• Candidate must live in one of the following states: CA, CO, DE, FL, IL, NV, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, UT
